Delete Account and Associated Data

If you would like to delete your Aphro account and the data associated with it, you may submit a request using this page.

Please note: after your account is deleted, your account data, history, preferences, and other account-linked content may no longer be recoverable.

1. What may be deleted

• Basic account information, such as username, phone number, and email address
• Profile information and preferences associated with your account
• App-related data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law or for security reasons

If certain information must be retained for legal, financial, security, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution purposes, we may retain that information for the minimum period required.
